Jeep Wrangler 2012 Changes

The Jeep Wrangler 2012 Nterior appointments include model-specific black seats with accent stitching and Call of Duty logos, unique gauge cluster graphics, dashboard serialized plaque, dashboard grab handle with logo, accent stitching on arm rest, console lid, and steering wheel, Mopar Slush Mats with logo, and rear cargo mat with logo (unlimited only).

Available in Jeep showrooms this November, the new limited-edition
Jeep Wrangler 2012 will be available in both two-door and four-door (Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) models.

After engaging 4X4 low in the heavy-duty transfer case, locking the Tru-lok front Dana 44 and 4.10 rear axles, and electronically disconnecting the sway bars, the Wrangler's high-performance gas suspension and body-on-frame design enable the 32-inch BF Goodrich off-road tires to reach, twist and grab at any available traction with almost no wheelspin.

For
Jeep Wrangler 2012, improvements to the Wrangler's on-road performance were undertaken quite successfully.

The new five-speed tranny features an increased ratio spread for smoother gear changes (versus the old four-speed automatic) and a lower first gear ratio for improved crawling/engine braking.

The
Jeep Wrangler 2012 and Wrangler Unlimited continue to be available in four models: Sport B (two-door only), Sport S, Sahara and Rubicon offering more gear ratios (3.21, 373 and 4.10, depending on model) to optimize fuel economy and/or vehicle capability.
